Our Nutrition Services

At HWP, we share eating, food and nutrition related information with you and provide you with meal plans to help you lose weight.  We offer special diet plans to help you deal with and cure chronic diseases which can be prevented and controlled by making lifestyle eating changes.  Our nutrition sessions are geared to help you make smart decisions about food choices and make you aware of the positive and negative effects of different kinds of foods.  We provide help in planning healthy menus for you, your family and social and family functions.  Our motto for food choices is “Choose between a few seconds of taste or years of good health to enjoy a blissful life.”  We develop meal plans to help you lose weight and/or maintain overall health.  Special meal plans are available for specific needs.

We hold individual counseling sessions to help people who are concerned about weight loss, stress management, controlling lifestyle diseases or for maintaining overall health.  Like our other services, nutritional counseling sessions can be combined with yoga, meditation, relaxation and breathing classes and can be included with other packages including weight loss and stress management programs and massage and music therapy. 

In our nutrition individual counseling sessions and workshops, we look at your past history and develop plans for your future healthy living.  Our counseling services includes the following information:
