Physically, eat nutritious food and reduce calorie intake and also engage in some form of physical exercise daily. Our programs provide a variety of choices to select appropriate plans to achieve your mental, physical and spiritual weight loss goals that lead to a satisfying health and well being.
1. Initial Assessment: The first appointment is a one-hour individual session where we assess your past history. Your eating habits, physical exercise, chronic health problems and other factors related to dealing with the weight issue are assessed. We patiently listen to what you want to tell us and develop a plan to achieve your desired goals. We make you familiar with what we have to offer in the form of nutritional consulting, yoga, meditation, massage therapy, breathing exercises, aerobic exercise and develop a plan of your choice and liking.
2. Physical Exercise Plan: Develop a plan for you using a combination of the following forms of physical exercise to work on individual body parts or overall health.

3. Nutritional Plan: Develop an eating pattern which suits your lifestyle and ethnic background. You can choose from a variety of eating plans which include vegetarian, vegan, high-protein, high-energy, low-fat, low-carbohydrate, low-sodium, and other healthful plans. Our nutritional counseling services include plan includes recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and healthy snacks. We also provide cooking classes if you wish to see those recipes being prepared in front of you and taste them.
